At Elmec we are also investing in the future of our company and are pleased to say that we have an active apprenticeship programme in place. This scheme highlights our long term commitment to training, future growth and development of our business.

The team of site labour are fully supported by our staff engineering team, all of whom are fully qualified engineers. This team ensure that the requirements of each individual project have a direct point of contact throughout the life of the project to contract.

Through our customer orientated approach we are successful in attaining a high proportion of repeat business, from our existing clients. Also through our excellent reputation we are successful in attracting new customers to our business. Elmec Electrical & Mechanical Services Limited, was formed in 2012. Becoming a member of the Group in 2013, which also includes Elmec Maintenance Services Limited and Elmec Renewables Limited providing the comprehensive suite of services.

With the company offering both the electrical and mechanical services through our in house capabilities this provides a significant benefit in co-ordination, programme and cost to our clients. The business now operates that in the region of 87% of turnover is on projects which are completed by the company are both mechanical and electrical offerings rather than one service only.

Through this business model it has allowed the company to make significant growth particularly in turnover. This growth has seen turnover almost double with year on year figures for the past and forecast for the current year.

Since the inception the health and safety of all our stakeholders is of paramount importance to our company. We have a proud health and safety track record, and our employees have won many awards for their commitment to on site safety.


The company has a strong team, with extensive experience in construction and building services both in the UK and overseas. The company is led by two Directors, with combined experience in the industry of over 50 years, the majority of those in senior management positions. Both of whom are fully qualified mechanical and electrical engineers in their own right. This wealth of experience includes direct and indirect management of projects including, those in the high integrity, international airports, health sector, industrial, semiconductor and pharmaceutical.
Supplementing directors is a management and engineering team of again qualified project managers and engineers who have had their entire careers in the mechanical and electrical industry. These staff also hold necessary accreditations individually to supervise and manage these projects.
